AVCA has appointed six key industry leaders to its board of directors

Mediterrania Capital Partners, a Private Equity firm focused on growth investments for SMEs and mid-cap companies in North Africa and Sub-Saharan countries, announces that Albert Alsina, Founder and CEO of Mediterrania Capital Partners, has been appointed member of the Board of Directors of AVCA (African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association).

The AVCA Board plays a key role in the oversight, governance and strategic direction of the association – the new directors will therefore continue to strengthen AVCA’s execution of its ongoing strategy as a market-shaping industry association, driving the promotion and advocacy of private capital in Africa.
